or go to upsssc.gov.in → Admit Card. - Select the Stenographer 09/2023 Skill Test admit card option (if listed).
- Enter Registration / OTR number, Date of Birth, Gender (if asked) and captcha.
- Submit and open your hall ticket.
- Check name, photo, roll number, skill test date, reporting time and centre.
- Download the PDF and take a clear printout.
No admit card is sent by post.
