Eligibility
Educational qualification (typical pattern — confirm PDF)
For each Lecturer subject post, candidates generally need:
- M.A. in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories as notified) from a recognised university
- B.Ed with the matching teaching subject, as per UGC / university rules
- The relevant subject studied as an elective in Graduation for three years
- Or equivalent qualification with an equivalency certificate as allowed in the notification
Do not apply for a subject if your M.A. / B.Ed teaching subject does not match.
