Selection Process — No Exam

- Unit-wise merit on Matriculation % (all subjects; min. 50%)
- Preference order of Unit–Department–Trade
- Document verification at ECoR Headquarters, Bhubaneswar
- Medical fitness as per Annexure
No written test. No interview.
Tie-break: older candidate first; if DOB same, earlier Matriculation pass date.
Soft note: Once selected against a higher preference, lower preferences are cancelled. Standby candidates may be called only for absentees / unfit / rejected cases, in merit order. No TA/DA for DV.

- Read Annexure A (slots) and eligibility notes carefully.
- Register with a valid mobile number, email and Aadhaar.
- Fill personal details, 10th marks / CGPA, ITI trade and Unit–Department–Trade preferences.
- Upload photo, signature and certificates as required.
- Pay the fee online (if not exempt).
- Submit, note the Registration Number, and print the form for your records.
Do not post hard copies to RRC/BBS. Multiple applications lead to summary disqualification.
