What “Reserve List” Provisional Allotment Means
After the main provisional allotment for CRP-CSA-XV, some CSA seats stay empty when candidates do not join, resign early, or fail bank-side checks. IBPS then runs allotment from the Reserve List against actual vacancies reported by Participating Banks.
This 15.09.2026 exercise is that reserve-list round. It is based on merit-cum-preference, keeping in view Government of India / other guidelines and administrative exigency, as stated in the notice.
Remember: login status or an allotment intimation is not a final appointment letter. The allotted Participating Bank issues the offer, verification schedule and joining instructions.

- Open the official login: CRP-CSA-XV reserve allotment login.
- Or start from the CRP-CSA-XV hub / the Clerical Cadre XV page and follow the provisional-allotment link.
- Enter the registration / roll credentials and password or DOB you used for CRP-CSA-XV (not RRB OA credentials).
- Solve captcha and submit.
- Read allotment status (bank name / not allotted).
- If allotted, download and save the letter; watch registered email and SMS (including spam folders).

Key Points from the 15.09.2026 Notice
Read these carefully before you call any bank or resign from a current job:
- No change is possible in data already registered in the online application.
- IBPS’s decision on provisional allotment of banks is final and binding; IBPS may cancel or reallot depending on exigencies. Candidates cannot demand re-allotment.
- Allotment is subject to fulfilling bank criteria, including local language of the State/UT and identity verification. It does not constitute an offer of employment. Ineligibility found later forfeits candidature.
- Offer of appointment, formalities and joining are issued by the allotted Participating Bank only. Approach the bank after it contacts you. IBPS has no role in the appointment letter. Cancellation after offer (certificate mismatch, biometric/Aadhaar/photo issues, etc.) is not IBPS’s liability.
- If you do not avail the offer from the allotted bank, your chance in the process stands forfeited.
- State/UT-wise and category-wise minimum scores (Main Exam out of 100) for this round are in Annexure I of the notice PDF.
- The list of provisionally allotted candidates (State/UT-wise) shall be on ibps.in on or before 15.10.2026 — still not a guarantee of employment.
- Further reserve allotments may follow if banks report more vacancies within validity.
- No correspondence will be entertained about allotment status/process.
- Provisional allotment is subject to court order, if any.

Using the wrong login wastes time and creates false “portal down” panic. Match the CRP code on your old admit card / scorecard first.
After You Are Provisionally Allotted
- Save the IBPS allotment PDF and note the exact bank name.
- Wait for communication from the allotted bank (and keep IBPS email/SMS).
- Prepare originals for document verification and any medical the bank requires.
- Be ready to demonstrate local language proficiency for the State/UT of allotment if the bank asks.
- Do not resign from a current job until you have a clear written offer / joining letter from the bank.
Documents typically needed (bank-side)
Keep Class 10/12 and graduation proofs, category/EWS/PwBD certificates (if claimed), photo ID, IBPS application/scorecard/allotment letter, local-language proof if asked, and photos as the bank specifies.
