Special Rule — Steno Cum Junior Assistant (Notification 03)
Candidates who clear the CBT qualifying threshold proceed to a separate Skill Test (50 marks) on payment of ₹590. Final merit uses 50 marks from CBT + 25 marks from Skill Test, per AP State Board of Technical Education norms for stenography posts.
Additional Selection Rules
- If fewer than 10 applications are received for a post, selection uses qualifying-exam weightage + experience + interview (no CBT)
- Tie-breaker: Elder candidate preferred; further tie goes to higher experience
- Normalization applied when the same post exam runs in multiple shifts
- Waitlist maintained for one year if selected candidate does not join
- Selection is provisional pending certificate verification, antecedents check, and medical fitness
