AP PECET 2026 Results · B.P.Ed & D.P.Ed Counselling

AP PECET is the Physical Education Common Entrance Test for admission into B.P.Ed and D.P.Ed two-year courses in Andhra Pradesh. It is conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of APSCHE at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/PECET.

The test has two parts: Physical Efficiency Test (400 marks) and Skill Test in one chosen game (100 marks). Men run 100m, shot put (6 kg), 800m, and long/high jump; women run 100m, shot put (4 kg), 400m, and long/high jump. Total 500 marks plus up to 100 incentive marks for sports/NCC distinctions.

OC and BC candidates need 30% of aggregate test marks (150 out of 500). SC and ST candidates have no minimum qualifying marks but must obtain a valid rank for counselling.

Candidates who appeared or passed a 3-year degree from an AP-recognised university and completed 19 years of age on 1 July 2026, with AP local/non-local status. Pass certificate is required at counselling.

Candidates who appeared or passed Intermediate (or AP-equivalent) and completed 16 years of age on 1 July 2026, with AP local/non-local status.

Visit cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/PECET → Rank Card. Enter registration number, PECET hall ticket number, and date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy). Rank cards are not sent by post.

Web counselling dates are notified on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/PECET and in newspapers. Counselling is expected in July–August 2026 after results. No individual call letters are sent.

AP PECET is for B.P.Ed and D.P.Ed (physical education teaching courses). AP EDCET is for B.Ed (general education methodology). Both are APSCHE entrance tests but for different programmes.

Yes. In-service Physical Education Teachers seeking B.P.Ed or D.P.Ed need not appear for APPECET. They apply directly to the Director of School Education through the DEO channel as per DSE notification.

Choose exactly one: Ball Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Handball, Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Shuttle Badminton, Tennis, or Volleyball. You cannot change the game at the test centre.
