Eligibility Criteria

Seat Allotment — How Merit Works

• Soft note: seat allotment uses APPGCET rank plus reservation, local area and the order of web options you submit

After Seat Allotment — Reporting Checklist

1. Register on the official counselling portal and pay the fee shown — soft note: by 08 Sep 2026
2. Complete HLC online certificate verification — soft note: by 12 Sep 2026
3. Attend special category verification on 09 Sep 2026 if it applies to you
4. Fill web options 11–15 Sep; use change-of-options on 16 Sep only if needed
5. On 21 Sep, download the allotment order from the official portal (save PDF + print)
6. Report to the allotted college on 21–22 Sep with originals, photocopies and fee receipts
7. Confirm class start (soft note: from 22 Sep) and keep joining proof
8. If not allotted / cannot join: soft note: check portal rules for later rounds before the deadline passes
