Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- MS-CIT certificate or equivalent computer course recognized by the Government of Maharashtra (Govt. letter no. 277/39 dated 4 Feb 2013)
- Accepted equivalents include D.O.A.C.C. and N.E.I.L.L.I.T. New Delhi certificates
- Exemption: Graduates or post-graduates in Computer Science / IT are exempt from the MS-CIT requirement
Domicile Requirement
- Sangli District domicile certificate is mandatory for all applicants
- As per Maharashtra Government resolution dated 08/05/2026:
- 70% of seats reserved for Sangli District domiciles
- 30% open for candidates from other districts
- If candidates from other districts are unavailable, remaining seats will be filled from Sangli domiciles
