- Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University / Institution
- Preferred (not mandatory): IC 38; NISM Series V-A / XXI-A / XIII certifications
Experience (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience as an Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of RBI
- Clerical experience does not count
- Experience of less than 6 months in any organisation (as on 01.08.2026) is not counted, except when it is part of current employment
- Job profile must substantially match Scale-I officer responsibilities at Bank of Baroda — mismatch can lead to rejection at any stage
