AP PGECET 2026 — First Phase Counselling
AP PGECET counselling fills Convenor-quota seats for M.Tech / M.E., M.Pharmacy, M.Arch and Pharm.D (PB). GATE/GPAT and APPGECET streams are usually notified together or in linked schedules — GATE/GPAT scores typically get first preference, then APPGECET ranks fill remaining seats. The admission workflow comprises online registration, processing fee payment, certificate verification, exercising web options, seat allotment, and mandatory self-reporting / institute reporting. Under the Convenor’s revised first phase schedule, registration and web options are over (closed 1 and 4 October 2026); seat allotments are released on 9 October and allotted candidates self-join and report at the college between 10 and 14 October 2026. Note that APPGCET (arts/science PG) is a separate admission stream.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech / B.E. / B.Pharmacy or equivalent qualifying degree in the relevant discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) as in the APPGECET-2026 instruction booklet. GATE-qualified (engineering) and GPAT-qualified (pharmacy) candidates are eligible for the separate preference quota. AP local / non-local rules apply at counselling.
