Before You Start
- Mobile number that was used / updated during bank or institution KYC (the one on CKYC record)
- Ability to receive SMS
- Optional: DigiLocker account for Option 3
- Do not share OTP with anyone claiming to be “CKYC support”
Option 1 — Missed Call to 7799022129
As published in Section VIII of the Operating Guidelines:
- From your CKYC-registered mobile, give a missed call to 7799022129.
- Wait for the automated response / instructions linked to card retrieval (as delivered by the service).
- If the card cannot be fetched this way, use Option 2 or 3 below.
Tip: Save 7799022129 only from official guidelines or your bank’s CKYC communication — ignore WhatsApp forwards with different numbers.
Option 2 — Download CKYC Card on ckycindia.in (OTP / SMS)
- Open the official page: https://www.ckycindia.in/kyc/getkyccard.
- Enter / verify your mobile number registered with CKYC.
- Complete OTP verification as shown on screen.
- Submit the request to fetch your CKYC card.
- A download link is sent by SMS to that mobile.
- Open the SMS link on a secure device and save the card / note your CKYC number.

Option 3 — Fetch CKYC Card via DigiLocker
Operating Guidelines list DigiLocker as the third customer method.
- Open digilocker.gov.in or the official DigiLocker app.
- Login with mobile / Aadhaar as DigiLocker requires.
- Search for CKYC / issued documents from CERSAI / Central KYC (labels may vary in the partner list).
- Pull the CKYC card into DigiLocker and download/share only when needed.

What To Do After You Get the Card
- Note your 14-digit CKYC number (KYC identifier) securely.
- Share it only with regulated entities when they ask during account opening.
- If name, address or mobile changed, request KYC update through your bank / mutual fund / insurer so CKYCRR gets the update.
- Keep a private PDF copy; avoid posting the full card on social media.
